OPENSTREETMAP AS AN INPUT SOURCE FOR PRODUCING GOVERNMENTAL DATASETS: THE CASE OF THE ITALIAN MILITARY GEOGRAPHIC INSTITUTE

Abstract. The role of Volunteered Geographic Information (VGI) to integrate, update or complement authoritative datasets released by governments has become increasingly important.
